Jean-Paul Jansen—a driving force within FCG for many years—moves from operations manager to operations director, focusing on our internal organization. He’s the person who keeps our daily operations running smoothly and knows exactly where our strength lies: in people, processes, and the courage to do things differently.
Gert Kaijen—bringing a fresh perspective from outside—joins as operations director with a focus on the external organization. With a proven track record in yacht building and managing complex technical projects, he brings not only craftsmanship but also a keen eye for customer experience and innovation.
This move is not a formal restructuring, but a deliberate investment in what truly sets us apart: high-level collaboration, mutual trust, and the ambition to keep improving. We are building a leadership team that is not just complementary on paper, but strengthens each other in practice—every single day.

You will find us nationally and internationally and in maritime, industrial and utility sectors. Sometimes we prepare everything in the Netherlands and send the insulation materials as a package, so that our client can install the insulation on site.
